North Port AC5 Master Plan

Activity Center 5 is a proposed 100-acre horizontal mixed use master plan located in North Port, Florida. Visioning for the 1.7M square foot program will thoughtfully integrate a variety of uses that will surround an existing central lake and associated wetlands. Serving as the lead planner and principal architect, Ditman Architecture will provide planning guidance through entitlements.
