AltaVilla is an iconic multifamily development located along A1A in Highland Beach. Designed with an Italian contemporary influence, the project consists of 9 total units, with each unit having access to secured private parking. A mixture of 1-story condos and 4-story townhomes are provided for the project totaling over 65,000 GSF. Expansive outdoor verandas and balconies are provided for each unit, as well as a shared in grade pool for the condominiums and elevated private plunge pools for the townhomes. Ditman Architecture will oversee the project from concept through completion.
