Astra Haus is a proposed 138-unit HUD multifamily development located in Titusville, Florida. The project consists of multiple 2 and 3-story residential buildings nestled within a preserve. Amenities include fitness, a cyber cafe, co-working and a leasing suite. Serving as the lead designer and principal architect, Ditman Architecture will oversee the project from concept through completion.
