Cascades Trail

Cascades Trail is a proposed 218 unit off-campus student housing project located in Tallahassee, Florida. Serving as the lead designer and principal architect, Ditman Architecture will oversee the project from concept through completion. When complete, the modern student housing project will fill a need for rental apartments located at the edge of both FSU and FAMU campuses.
