Heights on Orange

Heights on Orange is a proposed 120-unit affordable housing development located in Tallahassee, Florida. The project consists of a 1-story clubhouse and (5) 3-story garden style walkup residential buildings. Amenities include a lounge, fitness center, computer lab, and a leasing suite. Serving as the lead designer and principal architect, Ditman Architecture will oversee the project from concept through completion.
