International Residential Village

A milestone project for a private preparatory school, the new high school “collegiate style” dormitory at NBPS brought together their entire boarding program on campus, under one single roof. The site plan design took advantage of views to an expanded lake, while carving out two intimate exterior courtyards creating a “home away from home” environment. The building was sited to add over 100 new parking spaces and maintain an existing practice field.
