Located in Hollywood, Florida, Levy Realty Advisors, Inc. acquired a run down, vacant 30,000sf mixed use office/warehouse shell. Ditman Architecture was retained to re-imagine the exterior façade and lead the complete renovation of the interior space. Marketability to future potential tenants required a fast-track of the design charrette and visionary materials to allow Levy Realty to advertise their new asset.
