Lynwind is a proposed 384 unit multifamily development located near Champions Gate in Polk County, Florida. Serving the role as a design consultant and owner’s representative, Ditman Architecture is intimately involved in the week to week progress of the preconstruction development. When complete, the project will consist of six residential buildings of 64 units each along with a state of the art clubhouse utilizing an outdoor living approach.
