MG Multifamily is a proposed 510-unit market rate development located in Miami Gardens, Florida. Integral to Ditman Architecture’s 35-acre horizontal mixed-use master plan, the development accommodates a phased approach of 259 units for each of the two phases. A 1-story clubhouse includes a business center, sports lounge, pet spa, bike repair and other key amenities for residents. Serving as the lead designer and principal architect, Ditman Architecture will oversee the project from concept through completion.
