NBPS Lakeside Hall Modernization

North Broward Preparatory School retained DA to modernize their existing 2-story high school building, “Lakeside Hall” on their existing 80-acre PreK-12 campus in Coconut Creek. Design efforts focused on converting outdated traditional double loaded corridors and atrium spaces into a more collaborative environment for students. The second-floor high school administration suite will be renovated and expanded by enclosing both a portion of the existing interior atrium and exterior balcony. DA is providing full design services from programming to design, through construction administration.
