Old Medulla is a proposed 436-unit multifamily development located in Lakeland, Florida. The master plan was developed to accommodate a phased approach, with 236 units for phase I and the 200 units for phase II. Serving as the lead designer and principal architect, Ditman Architecture will oversee the project from concept through completion.
