Plant City Post is a proposed 156-unit market rate development located in downtown Plant City, Florida. Spanning across two city blocks that was a former post office, the 5 and 6-story project will provide for tuck under parking as well as a podium deck. Unique to the project is a pedestrian skybridge will allow all residents to access the elevated amenity deck. Serving as the lead designer and principal architect, Ditman Architecture will oversee the project from concept through completion.
