Rore

Rore is a proposed 100-unit market rate development located in Miami Gardens, Florida. Utilizing a simplistic but unique faceted facade design, the architecture was inspired by capturing sweeping side views from the existing roadway. The project will include a mix of studio and 1-bedroom units and will include an elevated cabana pool deck for residents. Serving as the lead designer and principal architect, Ditman Architecture will oversee the project from concept through completion.
