Sandal Lane

Embracing the Town of Palm Beach Shore’s coastal aesthetics, Ditman Architecture completely reimagined an existing 2-story structure and converted a 4-unit apartment building into two 2-story Townhomes. Each unit will have a dedicated courtyard entry, over 2,200sf of living space, and a private outdoor amenity garden to include plunge pools. Serving as the lead designer and principal architect, Ditman Architecture will oversee the project from concept through completion.
